01Who this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how OyLab LLC, doing business as JolGo ("JolGo", "we"), handles personal information when you visit jolgo.app, contact us, or use the JolGo transportation management system (the "Service"). It covers website visitors, people who contact us, and the users, drivers, and business contacts of our customers whose information passes through the Service.
For information inside a customer's account, such as driver names or load details, the customer decides what is collected and why. We process it on the customer's instructions under our Terms of Service. Questions about that information should go to the customer first, and we will help them answer.
02What we collect
- When you contact us. Your full name, company name, email, phone number, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message.
- When your company opens an account. Account owner and user names, work emails, phone numbers, company details, package, and billing information. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.
- When you use the Service. The Customer Data you and your integrations put in: loads, rate confirmations, proofs of delivery, invoices, settlements, driver records, fuel and money-code activity, and accounting entries. We also keep technical logs such as IP address, browser, device, pages and actions, and timestamps, which we need to run and secure the Service.
- Through Telegram. When a driver or dispatcher talks to a JolGo bot, we receive the Telegram user ID, display name, and the messages and files sent to the bot, so we can attach them to the right load.
- Through integrations. When a customer connects a fuel card, money-code, ELD, telematics, factoring, or accounting system, that provider sends us the data needed for the feature the customer turned on, and we send back what that feature requires.
We do not collect information from children, and the Service is not meant for anyone under 18.
03How we use it
- To run the Service: read documents, create loads, message drivers, prepare invoices, match payments, and show owners their numbers.
- To reply when you contact us, and to set up and support your account.
- To bill you and keep our own books.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To understand how the Service is used and make it better, using aggregated or de-identified information wherever possible.
- To send you service messages, such as changes to terms or planned maintenance. We send marketing email only if you asked for it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Data to train models that serve other customers.
04Who we share it with
- Providers who work for us. Hosting, email delivery, payment processing, error monitoring, and customer support tools. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
- Integrations you turn on. When a customer connects a third-party system, the information the feature needs goes to that provider under its own privacy terms.
- Inside your company. Users in the same customer account see what their role allows. Owners see everything in their companies.
- When the law requires it. To comply with a valid legal request, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of JolGo, our customers, or drivers.
- If JolGo changes hands. As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected customers.
05How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up. Account and Customer Data are kept while the account is active, then held for 30 days for export and deleted from active systems, unless the law requires a longer period, for example for tax records. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months. Backups roll off on their own schedule and are not used to restore deleted data except in a disaster.
06How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside JolGo is limited to the people who need it to do their job, and it is logged. We use separate environments for development and production, keep dependencies patched, and review access regularly. No system is perfectly secure, and if we learn of a breach that affects your information we will tell you without undue delay and explain what we know and what we are doing.
07Cookies and analytics
The website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering that you are signed in. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-respecting tool, keep the data aggregated, and update this section first. We do not use advertising trackers.
08Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask for a copy, or object to a use you disagree with. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days. If your information is inside a customer's account, we will route your request through that customer and help them respond. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email.
Residents of states with privacy laws, including Illinois, California, and others, may have additional rights under those laws. We honor them regardless of where you live, to the extent they apply.
09Where the data lives
JolGo operates in the United States, and information is stored and processed there. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will email the account owner at least 30 days before it takes effect.
